Ok I admit it.. I'm obsessing... hence all my posts this week...
I am ****yzing every symptom... Last night around 7 I got so tired... couldn't even keep my eyes open by 9 and had to struggle to stay awake through Lost last night also was feeling kinda neautios (sp?) last night... with my ds mid afternoon/nighttime were the only times I got any kind of morning sickness... am starting to feel slightly queazy again today... and my moods have been all over the place.. been crying at the drop of the hat... I really hate the fact that many af symptoms mimic pg symptoms... bb's aren't tender but they weren't tender when I was pg with my ds either... still no sign of the witch and I should have at least seen spot by now... if the hag doesn't show today this will be the first time in a year that i've been late (which is amazing for me).. so here's to hoping that she stays away for 9 months at least!!

Jenny - Since I know this month is out for me, I'll obsess over your symptoms instead!! You really have a lot of them... my biggest symptoms when I was pregnant with Lex was frequent need to pee, nausea (I picked my DH up at the airport at 14 DPO and threw up at arrivals) and really dark veins all over my chest. The last one is supposedly from expansion of milk ducts.
It really does suck that so many of the other symptoms (cramping, tiredness, mood swings) are also signs of AF. Keeping everything crossed for you! |

Meg... Hehehe.. I could use a partner in my obsession.... I always pee alot.. I drink alot of water.. esp when pg because it helps with the queeziness.. but I normally drink alot of water.. helps to keep me from munching mindlessly on snacks... so i never count that as a system because I honestly don't think I could pee more whether i'm pg or not... yeah i've been looking for the veins too.. actually had them showing strong in my hands when i was early in my pg... due to the increase in blood volume all around they say... anyway... i'm also craving the same thing I did when pg with ds.. Veggie Delite Sub from Subway.. it's the only thing that sounds yummy to me...
I told DH that I was a day late, which he knows I haven't been since DS was born, and I happily said "and I'm queezy" his answer was "me too" ~lol~

too many times of p'ing on a stick to no avail for the 24 months we tried to conceive my DS... and Technically I'm at work... I work from home (which is why I can check a million times a day)... just can't leave because I have to be accessible for the office.. I did send DH to subway for lunch and there's a pharmacy right next to it, and I did mention for him to pick up a test, but I'm not going to hold my breath that he will... if no Af or Spot I'll run out and get a test tonight after work... ugh.. I'm killing myself here ~lol~

Alright.. so dh did bring home tests... I POAS and BFN... but... I'm still late.. and the test he got (Rite aid brand) has a test sensitivity of 50miu or higher... so it's possible that the test is not sensitive enough yet... also was not FMU so I'll either test again tomorrow morning with FMU or I'll test again this weekend.

TTC #1 since 10/05 Hi Ladies! Jersey Jenny: SAAF!!! It ain't over until the old witch shows and hopefully that wont be for another nine months It does completely suck that AF sxs mimmic pg sxs...how unfair! But hopefully for you, this is just the beginning of your birthday BFP!MegH: I know you feel like this month was a bust for you, but you never know...keeping fingers and toes crossed for you. Mamma2Matthew: I know how you feel about being envious about BF. Whenever my BF starts to complain about her mothering challenges, I can't help but feel a bit of the green eyed monster coming on...I wish I had those problems...lol. I'm sure our number will be up soon! Wahea: (waving) HI! How's it going? Hope the two week weirdness is treating you well! Mandykins: How ya feeling, hun? Hope you and the bean are doing okay Brittanie: How are you feeling? SAMS to you! How was your birthday, my fellow Aries? MeDrawGood: Just checking up on you, chica. How are you doing? Sorry I haven't been posting much...I have no idea what day of my cycle it is. I dunno if and when I O'ed, how many days past O I am, or when AF is due...and it feels GREAT!!! I completely gave up on TTC this month and I think my sanity is the better for it. I haven't looked at a calendar so much as once...no funky vitamins, teas or lubes, no diet changes and DH and I BD because we WANTED to not because it was time! This month I have been completey selfish and have been trying to focus on me and the upcoming big 3-0. My mind and body needed a break, and what better time than now? I hope all is well with everyone else. Lotsa luv and good vibes to everyone! Luv |

Jenny: Good luck sweets! The only times I have ever been late in the past 5 or 6 years I have been pregnant. So lots of baby dust to you! And this last pregnancy didn't show on a test until I was 4 days late, so don't give up!
Tracy: I can sort of understand the best friend issue as well, although it is different. My best friend gave birth to her healthy baby girl 6 weeks after I lost my Cora. Katy now has 2 teeth and is standing, and it just reminds me that my little girl would be 11 months on Monday. *sigh* She's talking about their timetable for TTC their second, and I can't help but think "I should be the one with 2 kids..." Ugh. So, yes, different, but I understand the jealousy part. Hoepfully you'll get that baby you want so badly soon! Luvmylife: Congrats on the stress-free cycle! I think we need those every once and a while. Hopefully your sanity remains intact, and you never know, it may work! (Wouldn't it be terrible if all those stupid people who say "just relax" would be proven right? lol!) My birthday ended out a lot better than it started. I will include a couple pictures of the beautiful snowglobe a friend gave me. As for m/s staying away...I'm down to throwing up maybe once a week, but nausea remains a steadfast companion. Ugh. Oh well, maybe I'll do what I did last time and end up 10lbs lighter in the end than before I got pregnant! (and I'll get to KEEP the baby this time!) I just looked at the top of your post and it nearly broke my heart to see that you have been TTC your #1 since I was 2 months pg with Cora. So, I've decided to add you to my "she HAS to be pg by the time I deliver!" list that I've given God in my prayers (lol, as if I can boss him around. The list now includes you and my SIL. I just don't want to completely 2 pgys in the time that you've both been TTC!) Okay, my snowglobe: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...s/IMG_2557.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...s/IMG_2559.jpg It says "With every little baby's birth, God sends his love and joy to earth" and plays Brahms lullaby. |

Oh god, I haven't been keeping up on the posts, lately. Seems like I've been jumping on to ***** and whine about my own BS, but not much else.
I'm not doing very well in the support department lately and I'm sorry for that. JerseyJenny: It's ok, obsess away! I was so disappointed to hear that you got a BFN today. I was just thinking as I read the string of posts, Hmmmm, I bet she IS PG! Like Luvmylife says, "it ain't over untill the hag officially shows up!" BTW, I liked your reference to her dog, "spot" that make me chuckle. Luvmylife: How are ya, right back atcha! Good for you for you for taking a break! The world doesn't end if you miss one month of TTC (although it feels like it sometimes, eh?) The big 3-0 approaches, eh? Hopefully you're not sad about it. My 30th was one of my best bdays ever! My friends threw me a huge party and a ton of friends & family showed up. My boyfriend (now, husband) took me on a suprise vacation to Vegas, and my best friend and her mom took me to an overnight stay at a Winery in Wisconsin. She entered us in a g**** spitting and a g**** stomping contest. We dranks tons and it was awesome! 30 was GREAT! I can't believe I am looking toward my 36th!!! EEK! Brittanie: I'm sorry to hear you have MS, still. I am 8 weeks tomorrow, and still no sign of it. I wonder if I'll be one of the lucky ones... Of course my brain is obsessing about it and wondering if it means bad things... Shut up, shut up, shut up, brain!! I know what you mean about the jealousy thing. Anyone who I hear (in my office) that's PG yapping on about their PG makes me cringe (I'm not proud of it). It makes me wanna say, "this is my FOURTH pregnancy, and I STILL don't have a baby, now shut up already!" I'm not inherently the jealous type, so feeling this way makes me embarassed. That's why I am only sharing it with you ladies : ) Just last week ANOTHER coworker, who I really like announced her PG too (now there's four). Even now, it still hurts to hear that. Crap, I just realized its 8:14 pm and I'm still at work! Blah. Good night ladies! |
